Return & Refund Policy

At ZM Riders Zone / ZM Threads, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • All tags, labels, manuals, and accessories must be intact.
  • The product should not show signs of use, damage, washing, installation, or modification.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Helmets with removed protective films, stickers, or damaged seals.
  • Riding gear that has been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
  • Customized or special-order products.
  • Clearance sale and discounted products (unless received damaged or defective).

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Share clear photos and an unboxing video.
  3. Our team will verify the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

Claims made without an unboxing video may not be eligible for approval.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Size exchanges for clothing and riding gear are subject to stock availability.

Customers may be required to bear return and re-shipping charges for size exchange requests.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
  • Refused or undelivered COD orders may be restricted from future COD purchases.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the return policy.
