We currently deliver across India.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 2-5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 3-7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5-10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.
  • Any free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared through SMS, WhatsApp, email, or the tracking page, subject to availability.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD service is available for eligible locations.
  • Additional COD charges may apply and will be displayed during checkout.
  • We reserve the right to restrict COD service for certain locations or customers.

Delivery Attempts

Courier partners usually make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to us.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details, including:

  • Complete Delivery Address
  • PIN Code

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

Damaged Packages

If the package appears damaged at the time of delivery:

  2. Record an unboxing video.
  3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims submitted without sufficient proof may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Delays Beyond Our Control

Delivery delays caused by courier operations, weather conditions, government restrictions, strikes, transportation issues, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control and do not qualify for compensation.
