Q1. Is this a direct plug-and-play replacement?
Yes. The Moto Genius 65W bulb uses a standard HS1 / H4 base (P43t) which is a direct plug-and-play replacement for the stock bulb on the vast majority of Indian commuter, sports, and cruiser bikes. No wiring modification, relay, or adapter is required.

The bulb has two filaments — one for each mode — wired to your bike's existing low beam and high beam circuit. On most bikes: Low Beam = Yellow and High Beam = White. - Turn off the ignition completely and allow the existing headlight bulb to cool for at least 10 minutes before handling — halogen bulbs retain significant heat.

Access the headlight bulb:
- On most bikes, reach behind the headlight from the front — pull back the rubber dust cover (if present) from the back of the headlight housing.
- On some bikes (e.g. Splendor, Passion), you may need to remove the headlight rim/ring: unscrew the 2–3 rim screws using a Phillips screwdriver and carefully pull the lens assembly forward to access the bulb.
